Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, handling customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, documenting customer interactions, and working closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
- Associate's degree is preferred
