Overview

Kaged is a rapidly growing company looking to expand our team of fitness-minded individuals. Successful candidates will be capable of working both independently and with our team-oriented colleagues in the Irvine headquarters. We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Headquarters are located in Costa Mesa, CA.

The position is full-time, 40/hrs a week in office.

Responsibilities

● Communicate via CRM platform (Gorgias, Zendesk, etc)

● Communicate with customers by email, chat service and phone

● Handle customer-to-business (C2B) orders through Stord and Shopify, including tracking, out-of-stock (OOS) situations, order delays and international orders.

● Ensure timely processing and resolution of customer orders

● Strong written and verbal communication are key elements for this role

● Manage and resolve customer communication through major retail platforms such as Walmart, Amazon and Target

● Provide customers with product-related questions

● Support customer compliance efforts through Asana

● Collaborate on ongoing improvements across e-commerce platforms via Asana projects

● Process product returns manually in-office using Loop

● Assist with QA product testing for every new lot and product release

● Assist office manager with product retains

● Assist in employee event coordination

● Work cross-functionally with the Operations and Marketing teams with projects

● Help continuously develop and refine internal processes to streamline office organization, enhance the quality assurance process and improve customer support

Qualifications // Experience

● Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism

● 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with preference given to those with e-commerce or retail experience

● Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus

● Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred

● Experience or understanding of Google Calender, docs and Sheets

● Proficient grammar skills required

● A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is recommended but not required

● Effectively calculate numbers (basic mathematics)

● Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work independently

● Knowledge of the supplement or e-commerce industry is preferred. Familiarity with Kaged products and brand values is a plus.
