She quickly realized that jackfruit was an underutilized miracle crop with the power to improve the lives of farming families, make our diets more sustainable, and offer a delicious meat alternative that's actually made from real plants. So, Jack & Annie's was born. Every day, we help people eat less meat with more joy.
