We're seeking a driven individual talented in communications and DTC direct response copywriting with a deep passion for beauty. Join our dynamic team as a Content Marketing Assistant and hone your skills crafting compelling copy for our website and retail giants like Ulta and Amazon. Collaborate with our global team, brainstorming fresh ideas to engage our community, rooted in SEO and social media trends. Transform concepts into captivating blog, Ads, YouTube, Amazon & Pinterest content for INH HAIR & INH Professional. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented and resourceful team player. This full-time remote opportunity is your gateway to an exciting marketing career journey in the fast-paced beauty industry!

• Executes marketing copy assets such as blog posts, web copy, PR mailers, social captions, and product listings for retail partners
• Uses company tools to communicate with the team daily– Gmail, Clickup marketing workboard & Slack online workspace
• Provides ideas for copy & content angles based on SEO, social media, and research of the target market
• Writes & passes briefs with creative assets for the Blog, Ads, Amazon & Youtube channel to the Graphic Design team & Video Editor
• Liaises with the graphic design team to fulfill creative briefs
• Works with lead copywriter & SEO software to include SEO keywords & optimize all written assets
• Joins team in marketing meetings and contributes to brainstorms
• Reports to & mentored by the Marketing Manager
• This is a full-time remote hourly position from Monday-Friday with the opportunity of hybrid for those living in Los Angeles

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:

• Experience in Copywriting (DTC direct response copywriting experience is an asset)
• Motivated self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team
• Creative & excited to contribute fresh ideas
• On top of the latest social media & beauty trends– has an understanding of GenZ voice and relevant cultural references
• Responsive and highly communicative
• Highly organized and operations-driven
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry
• Experience writing for Amazon or e-commerce product listings is considered an asset
• Familiarity with SEO tools is considered an asset
• Adaptive & a team player: As happy working independently as on a team
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work on Pacific Time
