We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.

● Monitor daily operations and address issues related to production schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.

● Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

● Enforce safety and health regulations, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

● Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, engineering, logistics) to resolve production issues and streamline processes.

● Maintain accurate records of production metrics, attendance, inventory usage, and downtime.

● Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality or process deviations.

● Lead daily shift meetings and contribute to long-term production planning.

Requirements:

● High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred.

● 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory level role.

● Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).

● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

● Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Lean Six Sigma certification or experience in continuous improvement initiatives.

● Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

● Experience in Welding and Steel Processes.
