Reports To: HR Manager/HR Director
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid, remote with 3-4 days in office weekly, with Friday required in office)
Compensation: $16.50 hourly payrate (FT)
Duration: 3 months

Job Overview:
Are you passionate about pursuing a career in HR where you’ll learn about uncovering talent to support the growth of a fresh and exciting beauty retailer? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as an HR Intern with Bubble Beauty! This position will focus on administrative work through recruitment, company culture, and the HR Team, and involve interacting with hiring managers, candidates and the NY Home Office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Posting jobs on all relevant recruitment platforms
- Scheduling interviews, for HR Team, Line Managers and other applicable team members that are part of role recruitment plan
- Managing applicant documentation and processing talent pipeline movements
- Maintain job postings to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Partner with Recruitment Agencies for role updates and internal outreach for scheduling
Onboarding
- Create communications to introduce all new joiners to the general population outside their direct team
Offboarding
- Create concise and informative announcements to the company at large concerning the exit of team members and transition of responsibilities for HR Team to review and send out
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with office administration include mail sorting, booking guests, and ensuring clean and organized shared spaces.
- Support all employee engagement activities like Happy Hours, Lunch & Learns, office fridge & pantry program etc.
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
Requirements:
- College Senior or Graduate (experience in office administration/recruiting applicable in place of college degree)
- Experience using Google Suite is preferred
- Previous Onboarding and Employee Engagement Experience is a plus
